Cornerstone Christian Academy staff are dedicated, professional teachers and early childhood education specialists.
We seek individuals for full and part-time positions who are team players and dedicated to creating and maintaining a positive learning environment coupled with laughter and smiling faces.
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Five or more years of experience
Job Title: Child Care Center Director
Work Environment: Child care center setting. Some local travel may be required for training or meetings.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Board of Directors or Owner.
Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications.
Pay Range: Competitive salary starting at $55,000

Cornerstone Christian Academy hires staff based on the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services qualification guidelines. Staff are required to participate in training and continued education through ECE coursework, training, or other certified education programs to ensure quality within the classrooms.
Preference is given to staff who have an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and/or experience working with young children.
